“[The water] came in the night. […] You wake up and all your rooms under water. […] Even our building blocks […] fall onto our beds and everything.
We [couldn’t] prepare anything at all, […] but because of the water force, we just left there. […] We just quickly run. I just came here with empty hands. My fishing net, my boat… the water carry all […] away. [I’m still] crying. And I’m praying for god to help me.bBy all means if [this] island is finished. [The waves] will reach the second [island]. After that it will go to the third one. For sure!”
